Drew Stepanek joined Stockbridge in 2012 and serves as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for two of Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) separate accounts.

Prior to his role in portfolio management, Drew was an Asset Manager for commercial assets across the Western United States. Stepanek serves on the firm’s ESG Steering Committee, where he is responsible for working on ESG initiatives.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Drew served as a Director in Client Relations at RREEF, where he was responsible for developing and managing client and consultant relationships in the Western United States. From 2008 to 2010, Stepanek served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager for four real estate separate accounts. Prior to his role as Vice President, he served as a Financial Analyst for three years after joining RREEF’s Portfolio Management Group in 2004.

Drew was also a broker with BT Commercial Real Estate, where he completed $16 million in sales and leasing transactions in the San Francisco North Bay.

Drew received a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on the E-Commerce National Forum.
