Lucy Judson joined Stockbridge in 2021 and serves as Vice President for Core and Value Advisors’ (“CVA”) client service and capital formation team. Lucy is responsible for capital raising, new business development and client service.

Prior to joining Stockbridge, Lucy served as an Investor Relations Associate at Jamestown, where she focused on capital raising and client services for the firm’s institutional funds. She began her career in valuation at Prospect Real Estate Partners. She then went on to a role in retail brokerage at SRS Real Estate Partners where she focused on retail investment sales and leasing across the Southeast and was recognized as a Rising Star.

Lucy received a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Commercial Real Estate from the College of Charleston.
